  • Compressors, defrost, alarm parameters and roof top condenser controlled by you choice of Novar or CPC controls, including individual case temperature monitoring.
  • Separate "Fail Safe" electronic controls included to operate compressors in the event of main controller failure.
  • Remote communications modem is included with controller which includes automatic call out to our own alarm server.
  • Alarm output relay with N.O. or N.C. contacts for connection to your alarm system.

  • A.S.M.E. certified 14" diameter receiver designed to our specifications and rated for 450 PSIG, with flow-through/surge receiver design.
  • Numerous ball valves utilized for refrigerant circuit isolation for performing various service, and testing operations without having to shut down entire rack.
  • Rack framework is built on a base "skid" type design for easier handling.
  • Heavy duty welded rack framework is steel, with an acid etching primer applied, then painted with acrylic enamel, 3,081 lbs. total weight, measuring 10'-6" X 3'-7"
  • Deep electrical control panel is powder coated, then baked in a high temperature oven.
  • Base of rack is made to accommodate 10 - 6" x 6" rubber vibration isolation pads
  • All electrical wiring is encased in UL approved plastic conduit to prevent chafing.
  • A primary phase monitor is included to shut down, and then automatically restart the rack in the event of a single phasing condition, brownout, or over voltage condition
  • Individual single phase protection is also on each compressor, in the event of contactor failure.

  • 460/480 volts, 125 amps, 60 HZ, 3-phase plus a 208 volt single phase control circuit rated at 20 amps
  • Hot Water Reclaim Valve to utilize hot gas refrigerant to heat the domestic water for the hot water needs of the store.
